How Our Lake Norman Pet Sitting Service Works
Meet & Greet
To ensure the best quality of care, we will meet you and your pup/kitty for a free meet and greet and collect two key copies. One for your sitter and one to keep in the office safe in case of emergencies.
Routine Check
To ensure your pet’s safety and happiness, we’ll go over their favorite things (belly rubs, friends, treats, ball?) and their least favorite things (squirrels, large dogs, strangers?), as well as their daily routine. We want to know everything there is to know about your pet so that he or she has the best time under our care!
Easy Booking
Once we decide on the absolute best care plan, you will be able to call us for anything you need or book directly on Time to Pet.
Stay Updated
Upon arrival of the visit, your pet sitter will check in and you will receive a notification from them that your pet’s visit has started. You will receive an update and pictures of the visit upon completion of the visit to ensure you that your loved one is comfortable and safe at home.
New Client Registration
Lakeside Pet Sitting, LLC uses Time to Pet, an online professional scheduling tool that is very user-friendly. If you are a new client you will need to fill out a Time to Pet profile. You may also schedule the visits you are requesting after your profile is created. We will be notified that you are a new client looking to be matched with your sitter, and then your selected sitter will call you to set up your free consultation within 24 hours.
Once you have registered, you can click Schedule Now the next time you want to make an appointment.
