Each pet sitting visit includes:
- Walk outside or potty break in back yard with waste pick-up
- In-home accident check and clean up as needed
- Feeding and refreshing water

- Clean and refresh bedding of bunnies, birds or other small pets
- Light brushing if requested
- Medication administration
- Basic home maintenance: bring in mail/newspaper, rotate blinds/lights, set alarms, accommodate trash pick-up days, water plants, etc.

Dog Walking
Starting at $24
Each dog walking visit includes:
- Take your dog(s) for a walk in your neighborhood
- Private walk, we do not walk your dog(s) in a group with other dogs.
- Undivided attention they are accustomed to
- Waste pick-up
- Medication administration
- Light brushing if requested
- Basic home maintenance: bring in mail/newspaper, rotate blinds/lights, set alarms, accommodate trash pick-up days, water plants, etc.
- Pictures of your fur babies every time
Overnight Care
Starting at $80
Each overnight visit includes:
- We will stay with your dog overnight
- 9-10 PM check-in/let-out, breakfast
- Check out between 7AM and 8AM in the morning upon completion of the visit
- Feedings, extra pets, medicine administration, plant watering, light housekeeping, taking in the mail or taking out the trash
- Peace of mind that your dog is safely in your home being well taken care of with lots of love and attention with the bonus comfort that your home is being cared for as well
About Our Premiere Service: Overnight In-Home Pet Sitting
Lakeside Pet Sitting’s In-Home Overnight Pet Sitting is a premiere service that ensures that your pet will be happy, healthy and safe while you’re away from home. Being boarded in a kennel can be a very stressful experience. A good alternative is keeping your pet in their own comfortable surroundings and having one of our loving and responsible pet sitters come and stay with your dog in your own home. We will stay with your dog overnight, with a 9-10 PM check-in/let-out, breakfast, and a dog walk in the morning. Our loving pet sitter will check out between 7AM and 8AM in the morning upon completion of the visit. If you would like your pet sitter to arrive earlier or stay later than this, you may book another visit.
There is no additional charge for feedings, extra pets, medicine administration, plant watering, light housekeeping, taking in the mail or taking out the trash. If you need us to stay with your dog more than overnight, additional hours are available upon request. Free Meet & Greet
This initial visit will give us a chance to get to know each other and go over important information about the proper care of your pet and home. We want to know as much information as possible in this meeting so that we can ensure the superior service that you and your furry loved one deserve.
This will also give us an opportunity to answer any questions you may have. If you have a keypad or garage code, please make sure the battery is charged or does not need replacements. We encourage lockboxes and having a back up plan if the power goes out or a battery dies. While this does not happen often, worst case we will call a locksmith- this would be at the client’s expense. It is always best to have a relative or neighbor with a key in an emergency situation.

We offer home appointment attendant service where we will wait at your home for utility installation, scheduled home repairs or maintenance and package deliveries.

Lockout Key Service
If you are locked out of your home and we have a copy of your key on file we will come out to your residence and unlock your door.

Free Meet and Greet

Holidays
On the following holidays there will be an additional surcharge of $5 per visit the day before, the day of, and the day after any major holiday:
New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
100% of this charge goes to your sitter as a “Thank you” for spending time away from their families and working during the holidays.
Referral Credit
Receive a complimentary pet sitting visit credit to your account when you refer a customer who books service with us. Please make sure your referral mentions your name. There is also a spot on the back of our business card to put your name in for referral credit when you give out our cards.
Follow-Up Consultations
We understand when you move into a new home, acquire a new pet, or when your pet has any major medical changes, a second consult may be requested. Our initial consult is free and second consults are a nominal fee equivalent to a 15 minute pet sitting visit to compensate sitters for their additional time.
Payment Policy
Early Returns
Cancellations
A full two-day, 48 hours, notice prior to the date of the first visit is required for cancellations. Failure to provide notice of more than two days will result in a cancellation fee equal to the first two days of visits.
Current clients can also access all policies when logged into their Time to Pet account in the Agreements and Policies link located at the bottom of their browser and when scheduling a new appointment.
